Yes, most programs include a certificate of participation or achievement issued by Parsen Research Hub. Unless explicitly stated, these certificates are not formal accreditations from universities or professional bodies. If a course has external accreditation, we will indicate this before enrollment

If we reschedule or cancel a course, we’ll notify you as early as possible. You can either transfer to a similar course or request a refund, depending on your preference and our refund policy.

No. All course content remains the intellectual property of Parsen Research Hub or its trainers. Materials are provided for your personal use only.

  • If you cancel before the course begins, you may qualify for a full or partial refund (minus admin fees).

  • Once the course has started, refunds are generally not issued unless we fail to deliver or cancel the program.

  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style or expectations not matching outcomes does not qualify for a refund if the course was delivered as described.
